Corporate Hospitality

We receive many requests from local businesses who wish to use the Bakewell Show to entertain customers, clients and business prospects.  Until now we were forced to disappoint them... not any more!

We have put together a ‘privileged all day package’ in our ringside Corporate Hospitality Suite, situated at the northern end of the Centre Ring.  It will provide a luxurious setting for your guests to use as a base throughout their day with you, complete with a hostess who will greet them on arrival.  Your day will start with complimentary morning tea/coffee or a Buck’s Fizz, later a three course lunch while you and your guests watch the action in the centre ring. There is a ringside patio area just for you, away from the hustle & bustle of the main showground & your reserved table is your base for the day.  In the afternoon a fresh cream tea will be served whilst the Grand Parade takes place.  There is no rush - the marquee is available solely for your use until 6pm.

Space is limited and tables will be sold on a first come first served basis.   We already have tables reserved for both days, so act now to reserve your place in the Hospitality Suite.

Gardener's Question Tme A very popular attraction since 2009 the ITV and Daily Mail’s Gardening Question Time Roadshow has become an integral part of the Bakewell Show’s Horticulture Marquee. Madam Zucchini New for 2012! Her Healthy Eating Show starring Lois Leek, Peter Parsnip and the terrifying Artificial Cheese-beast. Performing in the Competative Horticulture Marquee. Titan the Robot 8ft of Steaming Robotic Loveliness.... Titan the Robot is the worlds first robotic impersonator is back at Bakewell Show in 2012! He will be performing twice a day on the Village Green The Beach With deck chairs provided for supervising adults, donkey rides and a Punch and Judy Show the beach is always very popular with the whole family. The Imps Motorcycle display team deliver a breath-taking motorcycle spectacular. This dynamic display of skills, performed by highly trained young people, will have you on the edge of your seats! The Sheep Show The Sheepshow is a fun and educational live show of sheep breeds and shearing. It is seen at numerous outdoor events throughout the year and is fun for all ages.
