Prices and General Information

We have almost 300 trade stands at the show, selling a variety of products from the latest fashion clothing to garden furniture.

If you are interested in holding a trade stand at the show, please email or write to the office detailing the nature of your business and include photographs or pictures of your trade stand and products.

The most popular size stand is 6 x 6 metres and the cost for this in 2012 will be: -
* £8.75 per square meter,
* plus £33 trade membership,
* plus VAT.

So for a 6 x 6 metre stand this would cost a total of £417.60 inc VAT.

(Special prices are applicable to extra large, agricultural and charity stands).

Electricity, water and extra tickets can be booked when completing your booking form.

The showground has 24 hour security, but you are still responsible for the safety of your goods.

Gardener's Question Tme A very popular attraction since 2009 the ITV and Daily Mail’s Gardening Question Time Roadshow has become an integral part of the Bakewell Show’s Horticulture Marquee. Madam Zucchini New for 2012! Her Healthy Eating Show starring Lois Leek, Peter Parsnip and the terrifying Artificial Cheese-beast. Performing in the Competative Horticulture Marquee. Titan the Robot 8ft of Steaming Robotic Loveliness.... Titan the Robot is the worlds first robotic impersonator is back at Bakewell Show in 2012! He will be performing twice a day on the Village Green The Beach With deck chairs provided for supervising adults, donkey rides and a Punch and Judy Show the beach is always very popular with the whole family. The Imps Motorcycle display team deliver a breath-taking motorcycle spectacular. This dynamic display of skills, performed by highly trained young people, will have you on the edge of your seats! The Sheep Show The Sheepshow is a fun and educational live show of sheep breeds and shearing. It is seen at numerous outdoor events throughout the year and is fun for all ages.
